Online Payment Terms & Conditions

  1. Authorization: By making an online payment, you agree to these terms. Ensure all information provided during the transaction is accurate and complete.
  2. Payment Platform: Online payments for tuition fees and other charges should only be made through the official DPS Kaluahi payment portal.
  3. Acknowledgment: A receipt will be generated upon successful payment. If you do not receive a receipt, please contact our support team immediately.
  4. Refund Policy: Payments are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be provided only in exceptional cases, subject to management approval.
  5. Transaction Security: DPS Kaluahi uses secure encryption methods to protect your payment information. However, the institution is not responsible for unauthorized transactions due to user negligence.
  6. Disputes: Any payment disputes must be reported within seven working days.
  7. Late Payment: Delayed payments may incur additional charges as specified in the fee structure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar.

Termination Clause

The institution reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment or access to services under circumstances such as violation of rules, failure to pay dues, or submission of false information during admission.

Online Payment Clauses

  1. Payment Methods: DPS Kaluahi accepts payments through credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking via its official payment portal. No cash payments will be processed online.
  2. Chargebacks: In case of a disputed transaction, users must report the issue within 7 working days to kaluahidps@gmail.com. DPS Kaluahi will investigate and resolve the matter as per its policy.
  3. Taxes and Fees: All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes. Additional convenience fees may apply for certain payment methods.
  4. Refund Policy: Refunds are provided only in cases of duplicate payments or erroneous transactions, subject to management approval. Requests must be submitted within 5 working days.
  5. Compliance: DPS Kaluahi’s payment system adheres to RBI guidelines and employs secure encryption methods to protect your data during online transactions.
